The Loadrite Pit Boss Solutions combines the power and ease-of-use of the Loadrite scales with software providing you with productivity reporting straight from the pit.
The Pit Boss solution includes a scale with a customised user interface for pit operations and the latest version of the Loadrite Material Management System (MMS) software, which allows you to report on blast effi ciency, pit productivity, cycle time and more.
The Pit Boss gives Quarry and Pit Managers the visibility to monitor productivity in the pit.

Console Features:
The Pit Boss solution includes the LR919 console. This console based on the LR Express console includes a customised user interface to allow the operator to easily select:
1. PROD key: is used to easily scroll through and select the product being loaded eg: Shot Rock, Big Rocks, Pit Mud, Blending Sand and others
2. SHOT key: is used to quickly enter or check the Shot number that is being loaded out
3. TRUCK key: is used to select the Haul truck ID, by scrolling through the list of truck descriptions
The Pit Boss system is available for ordering immediately with fi rst delivery in January 2007.
